Sol & Bloom Collective

Privacy Policy

Effective November 3, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Sol & Bloom Collective (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information collected through this website (solandbloomcollective.com). We are a wedding and event floral design and coordination business based in Santa Paula, California.

We have written this policy to reflect what we can verify about how this website works. Where a practice is controlled by a third-party platform rather than by us directly, we say so clearly. Where we do not know something with certainty, we say that too.

Changes to this policy. If we make material changes to this policy, we will post the revised policy here, update the effective date at the top of this page, and provide a prominent notice on this website. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

1.Information you provide through the inquiry form

When you submit an inquiry through our contact form, you provide your name and email address, your phone number, your event date, the services you are interested in, and a free-text message describing your needs.

How we use it. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to manage the services you have requested. We do not add inquiry contacts to marketing lists, and we do not use your information to contact you about anything unrelated to your inquiry.

Where it goes. Inquiry submissions are forwarded through GoDaddy’s Inbox platform and delivered to us at veronica@solandbloomcollective.com. GoDaddy stores the conversation on its servers as part of providing that service. GoDaddy’s handling of that data is governed by GoDaddy’s Privacy Policy, available at godaddy.com/legal/agreements/privacy-policy.

Confirmation email. After you submit an inquiry, our website automatically sends a confirmation email to the address you provided. That email is delivered through the Airo platform’s email gateway, operated by GoDaddy. Only your name and email address are used for this purpose.

Retention. We have not established a fixed retention period for inquiry records. We retain information as long as it is reasonably needed to manage our client relationships and business records.

2.Analytics and the cookie consent banner

GoDaddy platform analytics. This website is built on GoDaddy’s Airo platform. As part of that platform, a GoDaddy analytics script is loaded on every page of this website. This script is provided and operated by GoDaddy. We did not add it independently, and its behavior is governed by GoDaddy’s Privacy Policy.

What the consent banner controls. When you visit this website, a consent banner appears. If you accept, the analytics script collects click events — including which buttons or links you click, the section of the page where the click occurred, and the page title. If you decline, click event collection through that mechanism is suppressed. We cannot represent with certainty what data, if any, GoDaddy’s platform collects independently of the consent flag, how long it is retained, or whether it is shared with other parties. That is governed by GoDaddy’s Privacy Policy.

Browser storage. Your response to the consent banner is saved in your browser as site data for this domain. It expires after 365 days, after which the banner will reappear. You can clear it at any time by clearing this website’s saved site data in your browser.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. We have not verified whether this website or GoDaddy’s platform analytics script responds to Do Not Track (DNT) or Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals sent by your browser. We cannot represent that either signal will affect data collection on this site.

3.Hosting, security, and infrastructure

This website is hosted on GoDaddy’s infrastructure. Cloudflare processes requests as part of that infrastructure. Your IP address is read server-side to enforce rate limits on the contact form — for example, to prevent automated abuse. Our application code uses your IP address for this purpose only and does not store it.

Infrastructure-level processing — including any server access logs maintained by GoDaddy or Cloudflare — is outside our direct control. We do not have full visibility into what those logs contain, how long they are retained, or how they are used. Those practices are governed by GoDaddy’s and Cloudflare’s own policies.

4.Tracking tools we have not added

Based on our review of this website’s application code, we have not added Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, advertising tracking scripts, session recording tools, or heatmap tools. The analytics present on this site is the GoDaddy platform script described in Section 2. We cannot account for any tracking that may occur at the infrastructure or platform level outside our application code.

5.Third-party links

This website may contain links to third-party websites, including our Instagram profile. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any personal information.

6.Children’s privacy

This website is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information through this website, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to address it.

7.Privacy requests

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you have submitted through this website. We will make reasonable efforts to respond to your request and, where necessary, coordinate with our service providers on your behalf. Please note that some information may need to be retained for legitimate business purposes, such as managing an existing client relationship.
