Meet Veronica
A New Chapter in Bloom
Hi, I'm Veronica — founder of Sol & Bloom Collective. I was born in Santa Barbara and have spent most of my life along the California coast, where flowers and nature have always felt like home.
My connection to flowers began long before Sol & Bloom. Both of my parents worked in flower nurseries, so I grew up surrounded by plants, color, fragrance, and an appreciation for the beauty that comes from the earth. I didn't know then that those early experiences would eventually find their way back to me and become part of something so meaningful.
After a long career in the corporate world, life began calling me toward something different. My family — especially my dad, my daughter and brother, and the arrival of my grandchildren — inspired me to look at life differently and think about what I wanted my next chapter to feel like. I wanted to create, connect with people, and build something beautiful that came from the heart.
And from that new beginning, Sol & Bloom Collective was born.
To me, flowers are so much more than décor. They are one of Mother Nature's most beautiful gifts. They have the ability to transform a space, stir emotion, bring people together, and create an experience your guests can feel from the moment they arrive.
The name Sol & Bloom represents my own journey. Sol is the sun — warmth, energy, and the promise of a new day. Bloom represents growth, beauty, and having the courage to step into a new season of life. The lotus in our logo carries that meaning even further, symbolizing rebirth and new beginnings.
Today, I bring all of that into the celebrations I design. I want to know your story, how you want your day to feel, and what matters most to you. Then, together, we create something personal and intentional — something that doesn't simply look beautiful, but feels like you.

What we believe
Feeling First. Always.
Every design decision I make starts with a single question: how do I want people to feel when they walk into this space? Not what do I want them to see — what do I want them to feel. That shift changes everything. It changes the flowers I choose, the way I arrange them, the scale, the scent, the negative space. It is the difference between a beautiful room and an unforgettable one.
Atmosphere over aesthetics
A room that makes you feel something is more powerful than a room that simply looks beautiful. I design for the feeling first.
Deeply personal
No two events are the same because no two people are the same. Every design is built around your story, your energy, your day.
Nature as the guide
Inspired by the organic beauty of the California coast — wild, sun-drenched, and alive. Nothing forced. Nothing fussy.
Thoughtful investment
I work collaboratively within your budget without ever losing sight of beauty, feeling, and impact. You should never have to choose between the two.
